Google adds Claude to Antigravity; no price list is given
Google Cloud adds Claude Opus 5.5 and Claude Sonnet 5.5 to Antigravity, Google's agentic development tool; third-party models don't draw on Gemini Enterprise's pooled quota and are billed by usage instead. Antigravity has a command line and extensions for VS Code and JetBrains. The announcement says: "Third-party partner models do not draw from the pooled Gemini Enterprise Standard and Plus edition monthly token quota. Instead, usage is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis." Overage billing has to be turned on first (Google Cloud, 2026-10-20). The announcement also says lightweight Gemini models handle context management and summarization in the background, consuming Gemini tokens that are billed. The announcement gives no price list or regional availability for Claude inside Antigravity. On October 8, Google Cloud CEO Thomas Kurian said in his Gemini at Work keynote that the model behind a Gemini agent can be chosen separately, and that customers could already route between Gemini and Anthropic's Claude. Our read: Antigravity applies Kurian's model-choice approach to a development tool. How we checked →
